Bubbel Bronze

Sparkling white wine, Solaris & Souvignier Gris. Dry and elegant sparkling wine with notes of stone fruits and delicate herbs and flavour tones of white peach, honeydew, and elderflower. Best served at 8-10°C and pairs well with roe, cheeses or all on its own.

Solaris Muscaris

White wine, 2022. Dry, fruity and crisp white wine with an aroma of honeydew, pomelo blossom, grapefruit, and a hint of eucalyptus and flavour notes of mandarin and yuzu lime that bring elegance and length. Best served at 11-13°C and pairs well with spicy dishes, east Asian cuisine, seafood, or just by itself.

Solaris

White wine, 2021. A dry, fruity and crisp white wine. The nose is defined by subtle elderflower and fresh pomelo with flavour notes of tangy green apples, citrus and minerality that balances freshness and depth. Best enjoyed at 11-13°C and pairs well with fresh cheeses, seafood or delicate white meats.

Sparkling white wine, Solaris & Souvignier Gris. Sparkling wine made in the traditional method. Fruity with a crisp acidity and brioche notes. Best served at 8°C and ideal as an aperitif, with cheeses or on its own.

Solaris Barrique

White wine, Solaris 2022. Elegant and harmonious barrique wine with an aroma of fresh hazelnuts, roasted almonds and ripe peaches, and flavour notes of brioche, roasted almonds and a long mineral finish. Best enjoyed at 11-13°C that pairs well with seafood, chicken, turkey, veal, rice dishes, soft white-rind cheeses, hard cheeses, and saffron-flavoured dishes.

Gammelgården

White wine, Solaris 2023. Elegant and harmonious barrique wine with aromas of honeydew melon, marzipan, and roasted hazelnuts and flavour notes of light grapefruit and brioche with a long mineral finish. Best enjoyed at 11-13°C and pairs well with seafood, chicken, turkey, veal, rice dishes, soft white-rined cheeses, hard cheeses, and saffron-flavoured dishes.

Kalles Kulle

White wine, Solaris 2024. An intense and harmonious wine with aromas of honeydew melon, nectarine and white lilies, and with elegant flavours of tropical fruits and a long and citrus-filled finish. Best served at 11-13°C and pairs well with poultry dishes, light meat dishes and seafood.

Hipster Solaris

White wine, 2022. Dry and crisp unfiltered wine with aromas of subtle elderflower and mock orange blossom, and with flavour notes of white grapefruit and honey creating a long finish. Best served at 11-13°C and pairs well with fresh cheeses, white meats or just by itself.

Rosé

Rosé wine, Cabernet Cortis 2025. Dry and fresh rosé wine with aromas of rosehip and candy floss and flavour notes of white peach and wild strawberries with a long finish. Best served at 11-13°C and pairs well with light dishes, salads, or simply on its own.

Orange

Orange wine, Souvignier Gris 2023. Floral and full-bodied orange wine with aromas of ripe sharon, bergamot blossom, and dried mandarin and flavour notes of pink grapefruit, pomelo, and subtle earthy tones. Best served at 11-13°C and pairs well with cured meats, shellfish, Southeast Asian dishes, or simply on its own.

Hipster Cabernet

Red wine, 2022. Fruity and berry-driven unfiltered wine with aromas of blackcurrant, sweet liquorice, and violet, and flavour notes of fresh herbs and fig. Best served at 16-18°C and pairs well with game in red wine sauce, a hearty stew, or simply on its own.

Gåsavallen 2021

Red wine, Cabernet Cortis 2021. Herbaceous and fruity red wine. Round with pronounced tannins. Aromas of hibiscus, chocolate, and cherry, and flavour notes of cherry, herbs, and violet. Best served at 16-18°C and pairs well with goose, duck, venison, mushrooms and wild game.

Marys Backe

Red wine, Pinot Noir Précoce 2024. Fruity and elegant wine with aromas of red cherries, cranberries, and purple-red lilies. Medium-light bodied with flavours of red currants, dark cherries, goji berries, and hints of mocha. Best enjoyed at 15-16°C and pairs well with roasted meats and vegetables, herb compound butter dishes, and game meats.

Söt Sol

White wine, Solaris 2020. An elegant dessert wine with aromas of dried apricots, honey, and elderflower, and flavour notes of tropical fruit, with a fresh acidity and a balanced sweetness. Best served at 11-13°C and pairs well with aged cheeses, chocolate, and creamy desserts.

Pet Nat

White wine, Souvignier Gris & Muscaris 2025. Naturally sparkling unfiltered wine with soft creamy hues. Aromas of pink guava, papaya leaf, and lilac, and flavour notes of apricot, ripe peach, lychee, with a long finish. Best served at 11-13°C and pairs well with aged cheeses, seafood, or simply on its own.

Solaris Fizzy

White wine, 2021. Dry and crisp unfiltered fizzy wine. Aromas of elderflower and fresh pomelo, and flavour notes of tangy green apples, citrus, and minerality creating a balance between freshness and depth. Best served at 11-13°C and pairs well with fresh cheeses, seafood, and delicate white meats, or just on its own.

Hamnens Lager

Light crisp lager. A light and refreshing lager brewed with malt and hops. Smooth and easy-drinking, with gentle bready notes, balanced by bitterness, and a clean finish.

Bergets Ipa

Light crisp IPA. A light and refreshing IPA brewed with malt and hops. Round and light on the palate with aromas of tropical fruits, balanced by bitterness and a crisp, clean finish.

Idas Cider

Dry cider. Dry fruity unfiltered cider with fresh acidity and flavour notes of lemon zest, bitter orange, yeast and wild apples. Best served at 5-8°C and pairs well with aperitif dishes or fried potatoes.

DruvAvec Aged 10 years

Aged grape avec, Solaris. A round and smooth grape eau-de-vie made from the pomace of our Solaris grapes. Aged for 10 years in French oak barrels (barrique) before bottling, giving it its soft character. With notes of roasted hazelnuts, almonds, arrack and dried fruits, as well as a soft vanilla finish.

DruvAvec Cabernet cortis

Grape avec. Distilled grape skins from our Cabernet Cortis grapes with notes of grass and mint as well as spicy hints of cherries and blackcurrant.

DruvAvec Pinot Noir

Grape avec. Distilled grape skins from our Pinot Noir Précoce grapes. Aromas of jasmine blossom, maraschino cherries and mint chocolate, and peppery flavour notes of dark chocolate with a silky finish.

DruvAvec Barrique

Aged grape avec, Solaris. A round and smooth grape avec, double-distilled from the skins of our green grapes. Aged in French oak barrels (barrique) before bottling, which gives it a soft character and flavour.

Snedseglarns

Grape avec flavoured with juniper. The vineyard "Gin" that isn't a gin. Fermented grape skins from our wine production distilled along with juniper, timut pepper, rose petals, and lemongrass.

Tomatsprit

A colourful collaboration with Vikentomater. With smooth and delicate aromas of green tomato leaves. Best served chilled or as a base in a cocktail.

Kullabränt

Spirit infused with lemon, star anise, nutmeg, coriander, and cinnamon. Best served chilled or as the base in a cocktail.

Glögg

Mulled wine made from our grapes and flavoured with cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and dried plums. A mulled wine with a fresh acidity. Delicious both hot and cold on its own or as a cocktail base.

Chili Glögg

Mulled wine made from our grapes and flavoured with traditional mulled wine spices and a touch of chili. A mulled wine with fresh acidity and a spark of heat. Delicious both hot and cold on its own or as a cocktail base.
